This case study explores the strategic development of a mobile platform designed to help UK Cinema establish a foothold in the Dutch market.
By focusing on two key demographics, digital natives and the elderly, our research uncovers opportunities for innovation in an already mature cinema industry.
Through interviews, surveys, and user personas, we identified gaps in current cinema experiences and proposed a platform that prioritizes social engagement and tailored accessibility.
Our findings reveal that digital natives seek interactive, community-driven film experiences, while elderly users require an intuitive and supportive interface to enhance accessibility.
By integrating these insights, our proposed solution differentiates Bios from competitors, offering a unique, user-centered approach that aligns with evolving audience expectations.
